What Payment Gateways Do You Support?

You can connect Stripe & Paypal inside AZ Funnels.

Why am I seeing a charge on my bank account when it is a Free Trial?

You may see it as charge on your account due to Authorization Charge that Stripe allows to confirm if your card details is capable of holding a subscription. You don't have to worry because Stripe will refund back the earmarked fund on your bank account RIGHT AWAY.

I Have a lot of Assets On Other Platforms - Do I Have to Move Everything Over?

Hell no! Think of it like this, if you were able to launch a little faster using AZ Funnels, you could easily pay for the price of the software every month.

That being said, we do offer a done for you migration service if you try out AZ Funnels and want to move all your assets under one roof.

If I have questions, is there someone I can talk to?

How long are your contracts?

There are NO long term contracts or commitments. You can use AZ Funnels month to month, and cancel at any time you'd like!

Can I integrate my favorite tools with AZ Funnels?

Yes, while we suggest that most people only use AZ Funnels to run your company, we also know that some of you have your own favorite tools you've used in the past, so we integrate with most of the top service providers. We have step-by-step tutorials to do this if you need help.

Do I have to pay for updates?

No! We give constant updates to our software, add new templates and you get it all for FREE! Because AZ Funnels is on the cloud, when we make an update or add new features, they automatically show up in your account!

Who owns the data / content / subscribers?

You do! Any content (including your users) is 100% owned by you. AZ Funnels doesn't have permission to use that content or contact your users for any reason.

If I cancel my AZ Funnels account, will I lose my data?

As with most "software-as-a-service" platforms, when you cancel your account, your data will become inaccessible, but don't worry, before canceling you have the opportunity to download csv files of your contacts and members or "pause" your account and we'll keep everything backed up waiting so you can come back again later!

What happens to my AZ Funnels account when the payment didn't go through on the collection date?

Great question, our system will pause your account, means you may not be able to access your account. No worries, because our support team will reach out to you to ask what sort of help you may need to with your subscription.
